Steps to sell your wedding dress!

Consignment Helper Portal

  1. Create an account on our Consignment Helper Portal. Tips for setting up can be found in the Consignment Tips below.

  2. Pick a time to drop off your items.

  3. In the Consignment Helper Portal, add your items by EOD on Friday, October 30th. Additional information on adding your items can be found under Consignment Tips. 

  4. Get your wedding wear ready for its next big day! At minimum, all bridal wear and accessories should be gently used and like new - meaning no noticeable stains or tears and no strong odor.

  5. Bring your wedding wear to Sage Refill Market, 1214 Wedgewood Ave, on Saturday, November 7th, between 10 AM - 3 PM.

  6. We will provide you with tag(s) for your item during drop off. You DO NOT need to print them yourself. 

  7. Check your Consignment Helper account to see if your item has sold during the event. We will pay via Venmo within 1 week of the sale.

  8. Pick up all unsold item(s) on Sunday, November 8, 2026 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Nicky's Coal Fired, 5026 Centennial Blvd.

  9. If you're like nah I'm good, we'll either add your item to the Past Down Collection or donate it.

Consignment Tips! 

1. Go to our Consignment Helper Portal.

2. Go to Create an Account!

​

3. Enter your info! 

​

4. Confirm your email.

​

5. Choose the Past Down Sale Nov 2026 and click Get Started

​

6. Click register for the event and choose a drop off time! 

​

7. Agree to terms and conditions and submit.

​

8. On the Consignment Helper main page, choose manage items!

​

9. Add each of your items separately! 

​

10. Get your items clean and prepped for the November sale :)

To the best of your knowledge - please provide the dress designer and style! 

Past Down Bridal leaves the price up to you, and you'll receive 60% of the sale! We do set a hard limit of $2,000 for wedding dresses, and we recommend our sellers try to stick to an affordable range of $150-$950, so that your wedding wear is likely to sell.

 

A couple of things to keep in mind when pricing your dress:

 

-Your wedding dress loses value the moment you buy it. And that's okay!

 

-Alterations do not add to the value of your dress. They often subtract from it as an altered dress fits fewer brides!

 

-It may be harder to find a buyer for a petite dress (street size 00-2) cause while you can alter a wedding dress to make it smaller, it is extremely difficult to alter a dress to a larger size.

 

-Dresses > 5 years old may no longer be on trend and may have less demand. Exceptions to that rule could include vintage dresses (20-25+ yrs old) and couture wear.

If you choose discount when you add your item, your item(s) will be discounted 25% for our last hour discount sale. 

If your dress/item(s) do not sell, selecting donation on your form means that you do not need to pick up your items. Past Down Bridal will donate the item(s) or add to our collection.
